Within this week saja buat kajian kat diri sendiri mengenai minum air panas bukan air suam yea... air tu memang panas yang kita boleh minum bukan panas yang boleh melecurkan lidah.... masa minum air tu still ada asap hihihi pandai2 la rasa kalu dah suam2 kuku effectnya kurang sikit ATAU tak der langsung effect...

Disebabkan sekarang nie masih dalam bulan syawal so sesaper yang takut berat badan naik sebab terlalu banyak gi open house boleh la amalkan minum air panas nie...
memang mudah kita nak digestkan apa yang kita makan tu....

Kalu rasa minum air panas kosong tu tak sedap cuba rendamkan grean tea.... hihihih berulang kali diingatkan make sure air still berasap tapi tak melecurkan lidah.... kalu lidah melecur kesakitan tanggung sendiri yea...


Memang menjimatkan duit tak yah beli ubat untuk mudah digest yang mahal2 tu.... cuma air panas berasap .... :)
